Chariece J. Cylar, BBA, MSA
A top-ranked graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Workforce Management and of Central Michigan University with a Master of Science in Adminstration (MSA) in Leadership, Chariece Cylar is a dynamic professional with a broad experience and multifaceted skill set. As a student, she served ably as a Student Ambassador, an elections commissioner, and the director of programming for the Association of African American Students, among various other roles. As a professional, she has both taught and tutored at all levels of education, including college, served as a senior accountant at a major university, facilitated diversity programs at a number of companies and non-profit organizations, and worked as a financial analyst for an educational publishing company. As a licensed and ordained minister, Chariece is a sought-after preacher, teacher, and workshop facilitator. Additionally, she has had extensive experience both starting and leading multiple ministries, coordinating and choreographing liturgical dance ministries, and serving as a life coach for both youth and adults.
Marcus A. Cylar, BSEE, MDiv
Marcus A. Cylar holds a Master of Divinity degree from Ashland Theological Seminary and Bachelor of Science degrees from Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). His engineering background has given him a strong technological acumen, as he has designed and webmastered multiple websites, including one for the church he pastors, as well as effectively integrating a wide range of audio and video technologies into his preaching ministry. Among the youngest pastors in his denomination, he effectively preaches to and teaches people of all ages. His ability to articulate the consciousness of the hip-hop generation has made him an experienced youth-issues writer, tutor, mentor, preacher, and speaker for various youth seminars and events. Marcus is an accomplished writer who has published content on leading local and national news site, Examiner.com, maintained a weekly blog, and has provided writing, editing, and proofreading services on a corporate level.
